The DVC Villas at Wilderness Lodge opened to guests in November of 2000. Its legal name is The Villas at Disney's Wilderness Lodge, a leasehold condominium. Ownerships at this resort are deeded as a ground lease that expires on January 31, 2042. This resort consists of 136 vacation homes: 44 two bedroom villas, 45 lockout villas, 27 one bedroom villas, and 20 studio villas. This deluxe resort is the sister property to Disney's Wilderness Lodge hotel.
This incredible Disney destination is themed to evoke the spirit of an elegant wilderness lodge in the Pacific Northwest and features artificial geysers and hot springs.
