Disney's second vacation club resort opened in October of 1995. It was created as a term-for-years ownership that shares the same expiration of Jan 31, 2042. It's legal name is Disney Vacation Club at Vero Beach, a condominium. It consists of 175 vacation villas (18 2BR Villas, 36 Lockout villas, 115 Inns, and 6 Grand Villas).
